Bring anything you’d like to use during your visit — pumped milk, formula, bottles, your pump and flanges, nipple shields, or your baby’s favourite comfort items. We keep pillows, blankets, and flanges on hand, but feel free to bring your own too.
Have a computer or phone ready for video and audio — some families use both for better camera angles. A support person for baby care is helpful, along with good lighting and all your nursing, bottle-feeding, or pumping supplies close by.
A support person is helpful but not required — it’s completely fine if it’s just you and your baby. Have your nursing, bottle-feeding, and pumping supplies ready for a full feeding session together, and don’t worry at all about tidying up beforehand.
Yes. For exclusive pumping or formula feeding, we assess how well your baby latches to a bottle, optimize feeding technique, and build a feeding plan around your goals — including checking for any underlying oral or swallowing issues that can affect bottle feeding too.
Your feeding journey doesn't have to be figured out alone
Whether it’s breastfeeding, pumping, or a challenge you can’t quite name yet, we’ll match you with the right IBCLC and build a plan around your family.
